Project Manager
Oversees project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining quality and safety standards on-site.
Assistant Project Manager
Supports project oversight, facilitates communication between teams, assists in scheduling and budgeting, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Superintendent
Manages on-site operations, supervises construction activities, coordinates subcontractors, ensures adherence to plans and safety protocols, and maintains project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers and team members in day-to-day tasks.
  • Get involved in project planning, site visits, and meetings.
  • Help prepare project reports and documents.
  • Manage timelines and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct research and analysis on construction projects.
  • Ensure safety and building code compliance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in or a recent graduate of Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Keen interest in construction.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic knowledge of construction principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; construction software knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be legally able to work in the U.S.
